Hi, I’m Mary
I’m glad you’re here!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Therapist with a private practice in Denver, Colorado. My experience includes both school and outpatient settings.
I received my Masters Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work and a certificate in Animal-Assisted Social Work. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Youth Studies from the University of San Francisco.
GET TO KNOW ME
I grew up in Petaluma, California and moved to Denver around 6 years ago. Since living in Colorado, I spend my free time in the mountains either snowboarding in the winter or hiking and camping in the summer. I love hanging out with my friends and, of course, with my pup, Nalu.

Empathy
Empathy creates a deep connection with others. It means being present with someone emotionally and letting them know you understand how they feel. It's like saying “I see you, I hear you, I feel with you.” This is my goal for you.
Compassion
In therapy, we often explore compassion towards oneself and others. It's about acknowledging your own struggles without judgment and responding with support and encouragement.
Creativity
Creativity is a way to express yourself, show the world who you are, and make everyday things a little bit more special. Everyone is creative in their own way, and discovering your unique creative abilities can be a wonderful journey.
It’s an honor to be your therapist.
Therapy is all about teamwork. Your ideas, experiences, and goals are the steering wheel of our sessions. I'm here to listen, understand, and guide you through the obstacles you're facing.
Let's dive into the deep end and explore strategies to boost your personal growth, develop some awesome coping mechanisms, and achieve your desired outcomes.
